In The Class

Which classes are suitable for my body and for my needs?

  • To answer this question, check out our flowchart here
  • If you have a medical condition or injury which significantly affects your practice you may be required to attend a private class for assessment. Please inform your teacher of your condition/s.

What do I wear?

  • Wear clothes that you can sweat and move in

What do I bring with me?

  • Bring your own yoga mat or hire one of ours for just $2 per class
  • Bring a water bottle and towel
  • Blocks and straps are provided

What should I be aware of?

  • Please make your teacher aware before the class of any health concerns or injuries
  • Avoid eating a big meal 1 hour before class
  • Arrive at least 10 minutes before class as there is no late admittance
  • Switch off your phone
  • Observe silence in the yoga room
  • No glass water bottles
  • You may lie down at any time to take rest, but commit to staying in the room for the entire class
  • Allow yourself at least 5 classes to become familiar with the sequence
