Jennifer Tang
Jennifer Tang
Jennifer is a passionate yoga teacher, aerialist, author and co-founder of Carja Yoga, specialising in hatha yoga, vinyasa and yin yoga. She completed her yogic studies in Rishikesh (India), the yoga capital of the world. Jennifer has studied and trained with founders of Yin Yoga, Sarah Powers and Paul Grilley. She has also trained and studied with the founder of Universal Yoga, Lama Andrey Lappa.
As a certified Kids Yoga Teacher, she has worked extensively with kids in yoga, personal growth, and improving self-esteem in kids and teenagers.
She has practiced yoga for over 7 years, which has improved her overall well-being. These benefits were especially important to Jennifer during a busy and stressful time in her life. She quit her corporate box, and pursued the path of yoga, teaching yoga around the world, from India to USA and Australia.
In Jennifer’s class, you will experience her uniquely soothing and calming voice, as well as her supportive approach. Jennifer believes that guiding students through yoga is most effective through nurturing to deepen the practice, over forceful assistance.

Caroline Tang
Caroline Tang
Caroline specialises in Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa, Kids Yoga and Meditation. She has practiced yoga extensively for 9 years with her first yogic studies taking place in India, the origin and root of yoga. She has trained with founders of yin yoga, Sarah Powers and Paul Grilley.
Caroline graduated from a Bachelor of Psychology and has an extensive knowledge of how the mind works. She has a strong appreciation for the integration of the mind, body and soul, as a unified being. She has been teaching for over a decade in various personal development facets, and is passionate about helping kids, youth and adults connect with their greatest potential. Caroline is a trained therapist with a background in NLP coaching, Chinese medicine’s energetic healing, chakra rebalancing, psychosomatic therapy, including emotional release body work, and intuitive counselling. Now she has a multitude of modalities which is utilised in her therapy work offered at CARJA Yoga studio.

Miri Nojiri
Miri is a dedicated Yoga Teacher, Massage Therapist and Life Coach – helping women to find their purpose, improve their confidence and love relationships.
Outside of yoga, Miri does body work (such as remedial massages and Shiatsu) and energy work (such as Reiki).
She is passionate about the health benefits of a yogic vegan diet, natural medicine and living sustainably. She loves gardening and growing foods!
