An intimate & supportive group of women coming together to explore what it means to be a Woman with high Self-Worth.

Here’s what you will experience from our Women’s Circle:

  • Embracing our vulnerability
  • Speaking our truth with love & respect
  • Understanding & honouring our menstrual (and post-menstrual) cycle and how it corresponds with the four seasons, to better understand how each cycle affects You in relationships & work
  • Delving into embodied sensual movement &
  • Ultimately feel sexy and confident in our body

You will leave this circle feeling soulfully-nourished, deeply connected to yourself and with other women in a supportive environment that promotes growth, self-confidence & body positivity.

This is the next phase of our journey to womanhood.
