- Understanding & honouring our menstrual (and post-menstrual) cycle and how it corresponds with the four seasons, to better understand how each cycle affects You in relationships & work
- Delving into embodied sensual movement &
- Ultimately feel sexy and confident in our body
You will leave this circle feeling soulfully-nourished, deeply connected to yourself and with other women in a supportive environment that promotes growth, self-confidence & body positivity.
This is the next phase of our journey to womanhood.

Jennifer Tang
Jennifer Tang is a Women’s Empowerment & Sexuality Coach, helping you to become the most confident and empowered woman you know. She is also a co-founder of CARJA Yoga Academy, Yoga Teacher Trainer & NLP Life Coach Trainer, with 1,000+ hours of training in yoga, and 10,000+ hours of coaching clients & educating students.
