Hatha Yoga

STRETCH | STRENGTHEN | BALANCE

This class is a classical and traditional practice, incorporating static & balancing poses. Great for building strength, flexibility & stability.

Vinyasa

CARDIOVASCULAR | DANCE

This class involves co-ordination of movement & breath, and is great for cardiovascular exercise.

Mandala Yoga

STRETCH | STRENGTHEN | BALANCE

This class uses cross-mats, allowing the practitioner to move in all directions. It incorporates yoga poses, breathing techniques, meditation and visualisation, so the body feels strong, stretched, balanced and calm at the end of class.

Sculpt Yoga

STRENGTHEN

This class uses body weight to tone, strengthen and sculpt the body. Dumbbells may also be used in this yoga style.

Yin Yoga

STRETCH

This class is a deep tissue stretch, strengthening joints, ligaments, tendons & bones. Highly recommened for those who want to deepen their meditative practice & release tension.

Restorative Yoga

RELAX

This class allows for deep relaxation to help find clarity and de-clutter the mind, and brings the body back to balance.

 

Kids Yoga
